5.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown. The location was fantastic, allowing me to walk to many attractions easily. However, I found the room layout lacking in functionality, especially with poor lighting in the bathroom. While the staff offered accommodating service, certain amenities were not up to par, making it a bit disappointing overall.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was unfortunately poorly configured with dim lighting that made tasks like putting on makeup difficult. The space felt cramped and lacked sufficient storage.
Service
8.0
The staff, especially at the front desk, were courteous and responsive to my needs. They did address my concerns well, which I appreciated.
Location
10.0
The hotel was perfectly located near all the Nashville hotspots while still being far enough from Broadway to avoid the noise, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
5.0
There was no breakfast provided in-house, and coffee was only available for purchase in the lobby, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel featured an outdoor pool and a bar area, which I enjoyed. However, the pool could be a bit crowded during peak times.

6.0/10

My stay at Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown was quite enjoyable, marked by excellent service and a prime location. The room was spacious with great views, but I did have a couple of minor issues with the lack of bedding options and some noise from private parties in the bar area. Overall, it provided a relaxing getaway close to all the action in Nashville.

Rooms
8.0
The room was large and well appointed with a comfortable bed and great views. I appreciated the natural light from the large windows, but I wished for more bedding options as we only had a flat sheet and a thin blanket. Also, the shower was spacious, although the water pressure could have been better.
Service
9.0
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, often checking in via text to ensure we had everything we needed. I was particularly impressed by Kevin, who helped organize a special surprise for my husband’s birthday. Housekeeping also did a great job, keeping everything tidy.
Location
10.0
The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from Broadway and The Gulch. I could easily explore all the attractions and dining options in the area, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Dining
7.0
The food and drinks at the hotel bar were great, and I enjoyed the live music in the evenings. However, I was disappointed by the policy against bringing outside food to the patio, as it limited my dining options while enjoying the nice weather.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has well-maintained facilities, including a rooftop pool and a bar area. Valet parking was available, although I found it a bit pricey. I did miss having a microwave and free water in the room.

6.4/10

I had a pleasant stay at Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown. The modern decor and clean atmosphere caught my attention, and the location was incredibly convenient. right near all the Nashville attractions. However, there were a few downsides. like the oddly laid out king room that felt cramped and the expensive valet parking with no other options available.

Rooms
7.0
The king room was clean but had an odd layout, with the bed in the middle making it feel smaller. The lighting in the bathroom was also too dim for my liking.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, addressing my concerns promptly. However, the absence of clear instructions for using the facilities was a bit frustrating.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location was fantastic. close to downtown and just a few blocks from Broadway, making it easy to explore the nightlife and attractions.
Dining
6.0
There wasn’t much dining on-site besides a bar, which was disappointing. For breakfast, I had to head elsewhere, but I appreciated the complimentary bottled water.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities included valet parking and a nice lobby area, but I would have liked to see more options for dining and better lighting in the rooms.

The only downside was that housekeeping didn't clean our room during our stay.
